ConsumerComplaints.in, part of the Complaintsboard.com, Mediolex and Myreput.com network has been obstructing justice by fooling around with Indian Law Agencies for years.

As per Indian laws, Defamation is a criminal offence. For investigation purpose, multiple Indian Law Agencies and Officers sent notices and tried to get answers from Complaintsboard.com, specifically it’s owner Mediolex, owned by Sergejs Kudrjavcevs, a Latvian resident.

Of course he relied on the jurisdiction issues, not knowing the following laws that implicate him –

  1. Sergejs Kudrjavcevs has an Indian Associate who is still answerable to Indian Agencies  – Kiran Joshi, who is an official agent offering removals from consumercomplaints.in and other websites.
  2. ConsumerComplaints.in is an Indian Domain Extension (IDN), bound by Indian Laws and the .IN Registry which is owned by NIXI (National Internet eXchange of India), 6C,6D,6E Hansalaya Building 15, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 India.
  3. The domain information is fake, in the name of Mex Group Ltd instead of Mediolex. It is registered by Name.com and hosted by iWeb. The website has violated at least 6 Indian Laws already and numerous others when they willfully decided to ignore Indian Police.

So, a citizen lawyer from India decided to contact us. He does not wish to remain anonymous as well. His name is Manas Choudhari and here is what he sent us –

guys, good work. I have filed a hearing petition in Patiala Courthouse next month where I will sent notice to consumercomplaints.in owners to appear in person or send a representative/attorney if they want to contest my application. I have evidence of online intimidation, extortion and criminal defamation for 17 of my clients. Not only will I get an injunction for this criminal activity, but once I get a favorable court order without consumercomplaints.in being represented, the judge will issue non-bailable warrants and penalty imposed on all associates and owners of consumercomplaints.in.

Using this court order, I will file an application with Ministry of I&B to block consumercomplaints.in nationally. The Ministry will send a binding instruction to all ISPs which will block the website entirely.

This is how it will show up when anyone in India opens consumercomplaints.in –

consumercomplaints.in

I have done this many times, and this time all anti-national and criminal websites run by these scammers will be blocked.

To help Mr. Manas, we are publishing all emails and documents sent to Sergejs Kudrjavcevs which he ignored. We are also emailing these officers about the criminal activity and extortion schemes of this website to encourage them to take action.

Nevertheless, as per our limited legal knowledge, banning consumercomplaints.in from India, the source of 90% of it’s traffic, is a good start.

Any victim of consumercomplaints.in can email Mr Manas Choudhari at lawyer@manaschoudhari.com
